1. What is a Circle Booth?

Circles are groups or individuals registered to showcase, exhibit, and sell their creative work at the Area Creator event by Cre:HA Project. Circles can be individuals or groups with original works or fan art related to anime, manga, games, and other pop culture.

As the core of this creative event, Circles provide the opportunity to interact directly with attendees, build community, and support the creative industry through their work.

Circle Booth registration closes on May 31, 2026, or until booth registration is full.

2. Circle Booth Specifications

The specifications for Circle booths in the Area Creator are as follows:

• Facilities Provided: 1 table (120x60 cm), 2 chairs, no electricity, and 2 Free Passes for the 2-day event.

• Pricing: 500K IDR for 2 days

• Additional Equipment: Participants are not allowed to bring their own additional tables or chairs. Please request them in the registration form (extra charges apply):

  • 1 Additional Chair: 50K IDR

  • 2 Additional Chairs: 100K IDR

  • Electricity: 300K IDR

3. Products Allowed for Sale

Circles are permitted to sell various types of creative works, both physical and digital. Allowed categories include:

• Works entirely created by Circle members, including original ideas, materials, and IP assets.

🔸 Konten Fandom

• Products inspired by or adapted from other IPs such as anime, manga, games, and other pop culture.

• Acrylic standees, apparel, posters, stickers, tumblers, etc.

✅ Printed Books

• Comics, magazines, artbooks, photobooks, novels.

✅ Games

• Video Game, Board Game, etc

✅ Audio Content

• Musik, ASMR

4. Prohibited Products

The following products are not allowed for sale at Circle booths:

❌ Bootleg or Pirated Goods: For example, printing official anime/manga illustrations on merchandise without permission.

❌ Official Logos: Using official logos of other IPs not owned by the Circle.

❌ AI-Generated Content: Any products derived from AI generation.

❌ NFT/Web3/Blockchain: Any products related to these technologies.

❌ Mass-Produced Goods: Items from other IPs like official figures, idol photos, or official toys.

❌ Illegal Items: Anything that violates Indonesian law.

Note: Ensure all products comply with regulations to avoid disqualification.

5. Original IP Circle Booth Program (Curated)

This program is specifically for booths showcasing their own Original IP, such as original comics or specialized merchandise.

• Additional Facilities (Subject to Curation):

  • Display space alongside other IP characters in a shared photobooth.

  • Dedicated "IP Highlight" space.

• Requirement: Priority is given to booths where 50% or more of the products consist of Original IPs belonging to the participating artists.

6. How to Register

To join as a Circle participant, follow these steps:

1. Fill Out the Registration Form: Provide all required information, including Circle details and product samples.

   • Circles must upload samples in .JPG or .PNG format (max size 1 MB).

   • Samples can include product catalogs, illustrations, comic/novel covers, physical product photos, music albums, or other portfolios.

2. Selection Process: The committee will select Circles based on specific criteria.

3. Booth Payment: Selected participants will receive payment confirmation based on their chosen booth type and requested add-ons.

4. Further Communication: Once payment is confirmed, a Circle representative will be invited to a dedicated booth group for further updates.
