The Food & Beverage (F&B) Booth at Area Creator by Cre:HA Project is an opportunity for food and beverage business owners to participate in this creative event. Registration for the F&B Booth closes on May 31, 2026, or until the booth registration is full.

Facilities Provided: 2 tables size 180 x 60 cm, 4 chairs, electricity, 1 Tent 2x3m, and 4 Free Passes.
Price: 2,000,000 for 2 days.
Regulations: Bringing additional tables and chairs is not permitted. Please add "add-ons" such as tables, chairs, and electricity if needed in the registration form; extra charges apply at the following prices:
1 Additional Chair: 50K
2 Additional Chairs: 100K
Table: 200K
Additional Fees: If bringing a table and chairs from outside, an additional fee equal to the add-on price will be charged.
Additional Terms & Conditions: Food sold must match what is listed in the form. If the registered menu does not match the list in the form, the committee reserves the right to issue a fine of 100K.
Curation: F&B is curated so that food and beverages have many variations.
To ensure the safety and quality of the products sold, the following are important regulations for F&B booths:
✅ Accepted Products:
Heavy meals, snacks, desserts, pastries, and light bites.
Packaged drinks or fresh drinks without alcoholic ingredients.
The menu approved during registration must match what is sold during the event.
🚫 Prohibited Products:
Menus that differ from those submitted during registration.
Products that spoil easily or do not meet hygiene standards.
Alcoholic beverages or ingredients prohibited by food and beverage regulations.
Food that produces excessive smoke or excessive odors that may disturb other booth areas.
To become part of the F&B booth at Area Creator, follow these steps:
1 Fill Out the Registration Form
Fill in complete data regarding the brand and type of food/beverages.
It is mandatory to include a list of the menu to be sold.
2 Selection & Menu Verification
The committee will review the products applied for.
If the menu is approved, you will receive official confirmation.
3 Payment & Booth Confirmation
After passing selection, the booth party must make payment according to the provisions.
4 Further Communication
After payment is confirmed, the Booth Representative will be invited into the F&B Booth group for further communication.
Approved menus may not be changed while the event is in progress.
Ensure food and beverages are ready before the event starts.
