1. What is a Community Booth?

A Community is a registered group permitted to display, exhibit, and/or conduct their tournaments at the Area Creator event by Cre:HA Project. As the core of this creative event, Communities have the opportunity to interact directly with visitors, build their community, and support the creative industry through the works they create.

Registration for Community Booths closes on May 31, 2026, or until the booth registration is full.

2. Community Booth Specifications

The Community booth specifications at Area Creator are as follows:

  • Facilities Provided: 1 table (120x60 cm), 2 chairs, no electricity, and 2 Free Passes for the 2-day event.

  • Booth Price: 500K for 2 days.

  • Regulations: Bringing additional tables and chairs is not permitted. Please add tables, chairs, and electricity if needed in the registration form; extra charges apply at the following rates:

    • 1 Additional Chair: 50K

    • 2 Additional Chairs: 100K

    • Electricity: 300K


3. Community Booth Activities

✅ Permitted Activities:

  • ✅ Showcase community activities and invite visitors to engage directly with the activities provided.

  • Mini Event: Hosting small-scale tournaments that can be accommodated within the area provided by the committee. Communities may create various collaborative posts with Cre:HA regarding the mini-event (other than the booth catalog), provided they coordinate with the committee before publishing.

  • Community on Stage: Communities may apply for activities on the main stage, such as Gacha, community talk shows, quizzes, and others that represent community activities. For this segment, not all applications will be accepted; they will be curated due to time constraints.

  • ✅ Selling official items specifically intended for community activities in limited quantities.


4. Prohibited Products

🚫 The following products are not allowed at Community booths:

  • ❌ Selling unofficial goods, bootlegs, or pirated items (e.g., printing official anime/manga illustrations on merchandise without permission).

  • ❌ Using official IP logos that do not belong to the Community.

  • ❌ Selling items in mass or large quantities.

  • ❌ Items that violate Indonesian law.

Note: Ensure all products sold comply with regulations to avoid disqualification.


5. How to Register as a Community at Area Creator

To join as a community, follow these steps:

  1. Fill Out the Registration Form Complete all required information, including Community details and samples of activities to be "sold". Communities must upload activity samples in .JPG or .PNG format with a maximum size of 1 MB.

  2. Committee Selection After registering, the committee will select Communities based on specific criteria.

  3. Booth Payment If selected, participants will receive a payment confirmation according to the chosen booth price and any requested additions.

  4. Further Communication Once payment is confirmed, a Community representative will be invited to the Community Booth group for further communication.
