I. FAN ART CONTEST REGISTRATION

Participants must register and submit their work via the registration form along with the administrative requirements uploaded via the following Google Form:

II. CATEGORIES & TIMELINE

• The Fan Art Contest is open to the public.

• The deadline for participants to submit their works is June 20, 2026, at 11:00 PM WITA.

• Winners will be announced no later than June 27, 2026.

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FAN ART CONTEST PARTICIPANTS

1. The contest is open to all Indonesian citizens.

2. The contest is online-based and individual in nature.

3. Entries must be original and may not plagiarize others’ work.

4. Entries must be 100% self-created without the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

5. Entries must not have been previously published or submitted to other competitions.

6. Participants must submit their work to the committee via a Google Form that will be provided upon registration confirmation.

7. There is no registration fee for the Fan Art Contest.

8. The winning Fan Art entries will become the full property of the organizing committee to be used as the official poster for the Creator Area.

9. Participants who do not win but wish to use their work as social media posts or in their portfolios are permittedto do so; the Cre:HA project organizing committee will not object, and the committee claims no rights to such works.

IV. FAN ART CONTEST PROCEDURES

1. The theme of the Fan Art Contest in the Creator Area is “Graduation,” while still capturing the vibe of the Creator Area event.

2. In their Fan Art works, participants are required to include the Cre:HA Project mascot characters,“Kureha”and “Haichi , ” and may also feature other characters that are the participants’ own intellectual property.

3. Entries must be created in the form of digital images.

4. Entries may include labels or artist credits.

5. The image must have a minimum canvas size of 2160px x 2700px (Portrait 4:5 or Landscape 5:4) with a resolution of 300 dpi, and the composition must remain suitable even if cropped for social media (Portrait 4:5) or stage use (Landscape 16:9).

6. Character designs MUST NOT contain elements of SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup relations), pornography, or scenes of violence, and must not violate applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.

7. The judges’ decision is final and binding.

8. To ensure that the work is not created using Artificial Intelligence (AI), participants are required to submit their work along with proof of the creation process, including a Progress Screenshot:

   • Rough sketch

   • Clean sketch

   • Line art

   • Base color

   • Rendering (shading and highlights)

   Alternatively, participants may create a single video covering all the progress steps listed in the Progress Screenshots.

9. Participants must upload their work before the specified deadline, including a public link from Google Drive containing the final poster file in accordance with the requirements, evidence of the creation process, and a description of the work explaining its meaning and narrative..

10. The deadline for participants to submit their work is June 20, 2026, at 11:00 PM WITA.

11. The announcement will be made no later than June 27, 2026.

V. CONTEST JUDGING CRITERIA

Judging will be conducted by a Guest Judge invited by the Cre:HA Project team. Evaluation is based on several parameters, namely:

VI. CONTEST PRIZES

• The Fan Art competition winner is only looking for 1 champion with a prize of IDR 1,000,000, which will be announced via personal WhatsApp DM and submitted before the poster is published.

• The winner will receive 1 free pass for the 2-day Area Creator 7 event.

• The official prize-giving ceremony will be held on Sunday (day 2) at Area Creator 7.
