Coswalk Contest Registration

Registration is open online only until June 20, 2026 (or until the quota is filled)

Participants must first register via the registration form on the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/6fWNz87DVKDyBY848

Once registered, participants will be invited to a WhatsApp group to receive all information related to the contest.

The Coswalk contest registration fee is IDR 10,000 per person and does not include the Area Creator event ticket. Fees paid are non-refundable once registered for the competition.

Categories & Schedule

The Coswalk competition is open to the general public (All Star Category) and students (specifically those under 18 years of age / Rookie Category)

• All Star Category: Sunday, July 12, 2026

Coswalk Contest Rules and Terms

1. Contestants are required to submit cosplay photos that will be published.

2. Participants who have already registered online for the Coswalk competition must re-register 2 hours before the competition begins.

3. Participants must provide photos for publication on the Cosplay Walk Area Creator page, which will be uploaded to the @crehaproject account.

4. Coswalk participants are prohibited from using hazardous props such as real weapons (made of metal), sharp weapons, firearms, and other tools or items that could potentially damage property or equipment on stage.

5. Coswalk participation is individual, and participants must present a clear and easily recognizable cosplay based on Anime, Games, Manga, Tokusatsu, Comics, and well-known Indonesian IP works (published in films, webtoons, and other national/international platforms); crossdressing is permitted.

6. BGM (Background Music) during the coswalk will be provided by the organizers.

7. Contestants must pose and showcase their cosplay on stage for a maximum of 30 seconds; if they exceed the allotted time, the next participant will be called.

8. If a participant’s name is called 3 times and they do not appear, they will be moved to the last spot in the lineup; if they still do not appear when called again, they will be considered non-participants and the contest registration fee will not be refunded.

9. Participants are not allowed to use props that could dirty the stage, such as confetti, paper scraps, and so on.

10. Do not perform actions that could endanger the judges, the audience, or yourself, such as throwing props or jumping off the stage.

11. The cosplay costumes displayed must not contain elements of SARA, yuri, pornography, or similar content.

12. Photos taken during the Coswalk competition will become the property of the Cre:HA Project committee.

13. The judges’ evaluations and decisions are final and binding.

COMPETITION JUDGING CRITERIA

Judging will be conducted by Coswalk competition judges invited by the Cre:HA Project team. Judging is based on several parameters, namely:

• Costume Details: 50 Points

• Performance: 50 Points

All Star Category (Open)

• Best of the Best: IDR 500,000

• Best Armor: IDR 200,000

• Best Fabric: IDR 200,000

• Best Action: IDR 200,000

• Best Character Interpretation: IDR 200,000

Rookie Category

• Best of the Best: 500,000 IDR

• Best Armor: 200,000 IDR

• Best Fabric: 200,000 IDR

• Best Action: IDR 200,000

• Best Character Interpretation: Rp.200,000
